DOCUMENTS FOR JAPAN VISA

• Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any;

• Visa Application form

• 2 recent colour photographs (Photo Specification);

• Personal Covering letter (For Employed-Plain paper/ Self-Employed-Letterhead);

• Original updated Bank Statements with sufficient bank balance (last 6 months);

• Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for last 3 years;

If Employed:

• Original Leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature;

If Self Employed:

• Business Registration License / MOA / Partnership deed;

• Company’s updated bank statement of last 6 months.

PHOTO SPECIFICATIONS

Please submit one photograph along with your visa application. The photograph must be:

• Not more than 6 months old

• Photo size is passport size (45mm x 35mm)

• Face visibility should be 70% - 80%

• Coloured, with plain white background

• Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly

• On white matte paper

At the time of Confirmation - 25% OF TOUR AMOUNT

60 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE DATE - 50% OF TOUR AMOUNT

BALANCE PAYMENT - 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE DATE

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 90 days - Registration Amount or 20% + GST whichever is higher

90 - 61 days - 30%+GST

60 - 46 days - 50%+GST

45 - 31 days - 75%+GST

30 - 16 days - 90%+GST

15 - 1 days/On the day of departure/On Tour - 100%+GST
